Here your children can romp around on more than 90 different attractions and lose track of time. Our attractions have age and weight limits and are mostly suitable for children up to the age of 12.

Clothing
What clothes should I wear/bring?
For unadulterated fun in and with nature, make sure you and your children are dressed appropriately for the weather. Pack a change of clothes if necessary.
Do I need swimwear?
Our water attractions may only be used with appropriate swimwear. It is therefore worth bringing swimwear on warm days.
Are there changing rooms in the park?
You can use our toilets as changing rooms. New cabins are already being planned at the water attractions.
Catering
What restaurants are there in the park?
There are 4 different kiosks in Irrland where you can get hot food (chips, pizza etc.). Depending on the season, not all kiosks are always open. Please ask at the main entrance. There is another kiosk with drinks and snacks.
Can I bring my own food?
You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks during your visit. There is free covered seating throughout the park. Please also note our barbecue rules.
Can I pay by card in the park?
You can pay in cash or by card at our kiosks in the park.
Tickets & Admission
How can I buy tickets?
Admission is only possible with online tickets or annual passes. There is no box office on site. You can buy online tickets and annual passes here .
Are there any differences in the tickets?
Persons aged 2 and over require an online ticket. No distinction is made between children and adults. Children under the age of 2 do not require a ticket, please have proof of age ready at the entrance. Persons with a GDB from 80 also require an online ticket. You will receive a consumption voucher at the entrance on presentation of your disability card.
Persons in wheelchairs and blind guests do not require a ticket. Accompanying persons require an online ticket.
Are there offers for birthday children?
Children (aged 2 to 12) receive free admission on their own birthday. You will need an official proof of birthday for this.
Do I have to print out my ticket?
You are welcome to show the tickets on your cell phone or alternatively bring a printed copy with you.
Are there also family tickets?
To visit, you need one day ticket or a valid annual pass per person. There are no special rates for families.
Are children allowed to go to the park alone?
Children and young people up to the age of 18 are only permitted to enter with a supervisor.
Parents and accompanying persons are advised that they must carefully fulfill their duty of supervision during the entire visit. They are responsible for any damage caused by those being supervised. Parents are not released from their duty of supervision!
Parking
Do I have to pay for parking?
No, during our opening hours and for the duration of your visit you can use our parking lot free of charge.
Are there charging stations for electric cars?
There are currently 26 charging points (ad hoc charging & eRoaming) at parking lot 2 (airport entrance).
Weather
Is a visit worthwhile in bad weather?
In addition to many outdoor attractions, we also offer several indoor halls with various play options. So Irrland is worth a visit whatever the weather!
Babies & Animals
Can I bring my pet with me?
Pets are not allowed in the park. We are happy to recommend a boarding kennel in the surrounding area(here).
Can I bring an assistance dog with me?
If you are dependent on an assistance dog, please email us in advance at service@irrland.eu. The dog must be recognizable and proof must be shown at the entrance.
Are there changing facilities for babies?
You will find baby changing facilities at the kiosks K1, K2 and at the toilets in Irrland-Nord. Please ask our staff at the kiosk on site.
Can I reheat baby food?
You are welcome to ask the staff at our kiosks, they will warm up the food for you.
Annual passes & vouchers
Do I need an additional reservation for my visit with an annual pass?
With an annual pass you can visit Irrland at any time, so you don't need an additional reservation. Simply show your annual pass at the entrance.
How long is an annual pass valid for?
The annual pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase/order.
What vouchers are available?
You can purchase an online voucher via our ticket provider "Ticketpay". You can use this voucher for day tickets, annual tickets or barbecue areas .
At the main entrance or in our online shop you can get food voucher cards. These can only be used for consumption in the Irrland. Since 2024, only the new consumption cards can be used. Old food vouchers that are still valid can be transferred to a new card at the main entrance.
How and for how long can I redeem a voucher?
Vouchers are valid for 3 years. Please note that you must redeem the online vouchers online before your visit. You can enter your voucher code in the shopping cart at the end of your order. The voucher value will be automatically deducted from your order.
Miscellaneous
Can I bring my own handcart?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own handcart for your visit. Alternatively, you can hire a handcart from us (€ 3 per day + € 10 deposit).
