Parking and house rules

.

You are about to embark on some eventful and exciting hours with your family and friends. Our entire Irrland team wishes you lots of fun! To ensure a smooth day, we would like to point out some important rules in our park and house rules.

By entering the park grounds/purchasing tickets, the visitor accepts the following park and house rules as binding.

Parking

Visitors can park free of charge in the designated parking areas.
The rules and signs of the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) apply in our parking lots.

In order to ensure trouble-free traffic, the instructions of our employees in the parking lots must be strictly observed and followed. Stopping on the access roads is strictly prohibited. If you do not park your vehicle properly and traffic is obstructed as a result, Irrland will be forced to have the vehicle towed away at your expense and risk. Pay attention to the parking lane boundaries.

Parking your vehicle in the Irrland parking lot does not constitute a custodial or guarding relationship. The parking area is not monitored by Irrland. Therefore, please ensure that all doors and windows are locked during your visit to the park and that no valuables are left in plain sight. Animals must also not be left in the vehicle.

The parking spaces may only be used during opening hours.

Entry authorization

The Irrland grounds may be entered after payment of the entrance fee at the designated entrances.

Day tickets must be booked online before the visit. A refund or rebooking is not possible.

If the park remains closed due to the weather, ticket purchasers will receive a voucher code to book new tickets for another day.

The admission authorization expires when you leave the park grounds. If you only leave the park for a short time, please contact our staff at the entrance, who will then issue a re-entry stamp. Re-entry is not possible without the stamp.

The authorization to stay in the park is only valid during the park opening hours designated on site.

The resale of day tickets and vouchers is not permitted.

Visitor controls

Every visitor who wishes to enter the park area expressly agrees to voluntarily submit to a possible inspection by Irrland park staff. The instructions of the employees must be followed. In the event of non-cooperation, the visitor will be expelled from the park.

For the safety of visitors, the contents of bags and any items brought in must be shown at the instruction of the parking staff.

Visitors who do not consent to a check may be denied access.

Safety regulations

The instructions of the Irrland staff must always be followed. In addition, the signs on the individual playgrounds and equipment must be observed. All playgrounds and equipment are used at your own risk. Handcarts and baby carriages may not be parked near play equipment. All movable play equipment such as bouncy castles, swings, seesaws etc. are only permitted up to 40 kg per person. All visitors are required to behave correctly and appropriately. Disruption of public order, misconduct, disturbance of other visitors or park operations, verbal and physical violence will result in immediate expulsion from the park or the filing of a report.

The carrying of weapons or dangerous objects (such as firearms, knives, chains, brass knuckles) is not permitted on the park grounds. It is not permitted to wear masks or cover your face. For safety reasons, it is prohibited to bring gas cylinders, your own barbecues, water pipes, liquid lighters, kettles, gas appliances and self-cookers/samovars as well as metal containers of any kind that can be placed on the barbecue.

Visitors may not take any drones or remote-controlled devices with them.

For reasons of safety for all visitors, visitors are not permitted to bring their own play equipment (such as roller skates, bicycles, scooters or balance bikes). Taking along means of transportation for health reasons is permitted after prior written agreement.

The bringing of jukeboxes and willful noise is prohibited. Objects that disturb the peace (e.g. horns, musical instruments, etc.) may not be brought in.

The fire protection regulations and markings must be observed.

Smoking is not permitted in the indoor areas.

It is not permitted to enter cordoned-off areas or rooms or to swim in the water. Many areas and paths in the park are left in their natural state, which can lead to unevenness, e.g. due to rabbit pits. Please be aware of these dangers.

All visitors are obliged to dress appropriately. Visitors are obliged to wear full clothing and shoes during their visit. This does not apply to designated play equipment and areas. Please observe the signs. Damage to clothing will not be reimbursed.

Pets are not allowed on the park grounds.

Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be expelled from the park without compensation. The possession of drugs and high-proof alcohol is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area in conjunction with an ashtray (disposable ashtray), but not in the vicinity of highly flammable objects and play equipment. Guests who smoke without an ashtray must pay a fine of €20 and may be expelled from the park.

Irrland is not liable for the loss or theft of the visitor's property.

The barbecue areas available in the park can be booked via the website before your visit. Own barbecues and gas appliances are prohibited. Barbecues may only be used in the designated areas. The barbecue must be supervised by the guest at all times. Only wood or hard coal may be used for barbecuing. Liquid barbecue lighters are strictly prohibited. Use of the barbecue is at your own risk. A deposit of €20 will be charged. If the visitor does not adhere to the rules or does not return the key to the entrance on time (by 5.30 p.m.), the deposit will be forfeited. The barbecue area must be left clean after the barbecue. In the event of soiling, the guest will be charged for cleaning.

Feeding park animals is generally not permitted. The park's own automatic feeders are an exception. If animals are tortured by the visitor or not treated appropriately, the visitor will be expelled from the park.

Sudden thunderstorms are to be expected in summer. Please get to the parking buildings or your car in good time.

Duty of supervision

Parents and accompanying persons are advised that they must exercise their duty of supervision carefully. They are responsible for all damage caused by those being supervised, even if the supervisor is not present on the day of the visit. Parents are not released from their duty of supervision!

Children under the age of 12 are only permitted to enter together with a supervisor.

Video surveillance, filming and photography

Irrland is under video surveillance to protect visitors and staff as well as the play equipment and facilities.

The supervisory staff are equipped with body cams. Photography and filming for commercial purposes is only permitted with prior written consent. However, recordings for private purposes are permitted and encouraged.

Advertising and offering goods and services

Advertising on the park grounds and in the parking areas or the offering of goods and services is only permitted with the prior written consent of the management.

Damage report

All facilities in the park are carefully monitored and maintained. Should you nevertheless suffer damage through no fault of your own, visitors are required to report the damage at the main entrance before leaving the park grounds. If there is reason to believe that damage may occur at a later date as a result of an incident, this must also be reported.

In the event of damage to the park caused by the visitor, the visitor is obliged to pay compensation for the damage incurred. Parents are liable for their children.

Domestic authority

Irrland is entitled to expel persons who violate the park and house rules at its own discretion without compensation.
