Parking and house rules
.
You are now about to enjoy an exciting and eventful few hours with your family and friends. The entire Irrland team wishes you lots of fun! To ensure that your day runs smoothly, we would like to draw your attention to some important rules in our park and house rules.
By entering the park grounds/purchasing tickets, visitors agree to abide by the following park and house rules.
Parking
Visitors can park free of charge in the designated parking areas.
The rules and signs of the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) apply in our parking lots.
To ensure smooth traffic flow, the instructions of our staff in the parking lots must be strictly observed and followed. Stopping on the access roads is strictly prohibited. If you do not park your vehicle properly and thereby obstruct traffic, Irrland will be forced to have the vehicle towed away at your expense and risk. Please pay attention to the parking lane boundaries.
Parking your vehicle in the Irrland parking lot does not constitute a custody or security relationship. The parking area is not monitored by Irrland. Therefore, please ensure that all doors and windows are locked during your visit to the park and that no valuables are left in plain sight. Animals may not be left in the vehicle.
The parking spaces may only be used during opening hours.
admission entitlement
The Irrland grounds may be entered after payment of the admission fee at the marked entrances.
Day tickets must be booked online before your visit. Refunds or rebookings are not possible.
If the park remains closed due to weather conditions, ticket purchasers will receive a voucher code to book new tickets for another day.
Admission expires when you leave the park grounds. If you only leave the park briefly, please contact our staff at the entrance, who will issue you with a re-entry stamp. Without this stamp, re-entry is not possible.
The right to stay in the park is only valid during the park opening hours indicated on site.
The resale of day tickets and vouchers is not permitted.
visitor controls
Every visitor who wishes to enter the park area expressly agrees to voluntarily submit to any checks carried out by Irrland park staff. Visitors must follow the instructions of the staff. Visitors who fail to cooperate will be asked to leave the park.
For visitor safety, park staff may ask you to show the contents of your bags and any items you have brought with you.
Visitors who do not consent to a check may be denied access.
Safety regulations
The instructions of Irrland staff must be followed at all times. In addition, the information signs at the individual playgrounds and play equipment must be observed. All playgrounds and play equipment are used at your own risk. Handcarts and strollers may not be parked near play equipment. All movable play equipment such as bouncy castles, swings, seesaws, etc. are only permitted for use by persons weighing up to 40 kg. All visitors are required to behave correctly and appropriately. Disturbance of public order, misconduct, disturbance of other visitors or park operations, verbal and physical violence will result in immediate expulsion from the park or a report to the police.
Bringing weapons or dangerous objects (such as firearms, knives, chains, brass knuckles) onto the park grounds is not permitted. Wearing masks or covering your face is not permitted. For safety reasons, it is prohibited to bring gas cylinders, your own barbecues, hookahs, liquid lighters, kettles, gas appliances, and self-cookers/samovars, as well as metal containers of any kind that can be placed on the barbecue.
Visitors are not permitted to bring drones or remote-controlled devices.
For the safety of all visitors, you are not permitted to bring your own play equipment (such as roller skates, bicycles, scooters, or balance bikes). Transport equipment may be brought along for health reasons, subject to prior written agreement.
Bringing music boxes and making excessive noise is prohibited. Objects that disturb the peace (e.g., horns, musical instruments, etc.) may not be brought onto the premises.
Fire safety regulations and labels must be observed at all times.
Smoking is not permitted in indoor areas.
Entering cordoned-off areas or rooms, as well as swimming in the water, is not permitted. Many areas and paths in the park are left in their natural state, which can lead to uneven surfaces, e.g., due to rabbit burrows. Please be aware of these hazards.
All visitors are required to dress appropriately. Visitors are required to wear full clothing and shoes during their visit. This does not apply to designated play equipment and areas. Please observe the information signs. Damage to clothing will not be reimbursed.
Pets are not allowed in the park grounds.
Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be expelled from the park without compensation. The possession of drugs and high-proof alcohol is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas in conjunction with an ashtray (disposable ashtray), but not near highly flammable objects and playground equipment. Guests who smoke without an ashtray will be fined €20 and may be expelled from the park.
Irrland is not liable for the loss or theft of visitors' property.
The barbecue areas in the park can be booked in advance via the website. Personal barbecues and gas appliances are prohibited. Barbecuing is only permitted in the designated areas. The barbecue must be supervised by the guest at all times. Only wood or charcoal may be used for barbecuing. Liquid barbecue lighters are strictly prohibited. Use of the barbecue is at your own risk. A deposit of €20 is required. If visitors do not comply with the rules or do not return the key to the entrance on time (by 5:30 p.m.), the deposit will be retained. The barbecue area must be left clean after use. If it is left dirty, the guest will be charged for cleaning.
Feeding the animals in the park is strictly prohibited. The only exception is the park's own automatic feeders. Visitors who torment animals or treat them inappropriately will be expelled from the park.
Sudden thunderstorms are to be expected in summer. Please take shelter in the parking garage or your car in good time.

However, if you suffer damage through no fault of your own, visitors are required to report the damage at the main entrance before leaving the park grounds. If there is reason to believe that incidents may result in damage at a later date, this must also be reported.
In the event of parking damage caused by visitors, they are obliged to pay compensation for the damage incurred. Parents are liable for their children.
